Bill put the US and Mexico maps on the back of Jennie. Shows where we’ve been (not just in her but since we’ve been motor homing.) He also put up our web site address.

Guess I’ll have to make sure I keep the web site up to date as we travel in Mexico. (Guess that means I should finish last years trip.)
Still haven’t got the satellite and Internet problems fixed. Seems like the installer is in Miami for the next two months and only home on weekends. NEVER pay for anything up front. He says he’ll be here Oct 24th to fix everything. Sure hope so as we’ll be leaving not long after that.
Just as info – the fire department has said the burning of the Little Nashville Opry was arson. And they are looking for the person who did it. Hope they find him/her.
Been trying to catch up on a few things I’d left half done. Mainly my 2nd window. Have all the flowers done and am now working on the background. Probably will get the bottom half done today. Set the sewing machine up but just did some minor mending. Don’t think I should get working on a quilt that I won’t be able to spend much time with. There’s a lot of work to do outside before we leave but it’s been pretty cool out. And raining – but just one night – with lots of thunder that shook the house. Cleared up enough that I got to go outside and try to salvage some of the plants the deer have been feasting on. They ate every leaf and bud of all the roses so I just cut them back for winter. They even ate the geraniums – first time they did that.
So how did we solve that problem – we bought corn for them to eat. And they really took advantage of it. They are so pretty to watch.

Also took a ride over to show the covered bridge to a friend. It’s always a nice ride and a neat view.
